Payment methods

You can pay for your The Sleepy Company purchase safely and securely with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, or Afterpay. All customer and payment details are secured and encrypted by Sectigo (formerly Comodo) SSL security technology. Additionally, your credit card information is never stored on our website.

Order confirmations

Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation via your nominated email address. Please ensure that all items ordered, your contact and delivery details contained on your order confirmation are correct. If not, please contact our office immediately so that we can amend your order. Once your order is dispatched, your items ordered and delivery details cannot be changed.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact our office, as the email address recorded may not be correct. We will confirm receipt of your order and arrange for a confirmation to be resent.


All prices stated on our website in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. The Sleepy Company reserves the right to change product prices without notice.

Discount codes

If using a discount code or gift certificate code in conjunction with your order please enter your code at checkout. If you require assistance please contact our office. A discount code or gift certificate code deduction cannot be applied after your order has been placed or beyond its expiry date. Please note that only one discount code may be used per transaction.

Order cancellations

Your order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled via email or in writing by you. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation via email from The Sleepy Company.

Product availability

The Sleepy Company updates its product availability daily. However, at times there may be an inventory error. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is any delay with the dispatch of your order you will be notified with 24 hours of purchase. You will be given the opportunity to either backorder the out of stock items or cancel your order at your convenience.

Promotions and subscriptions

You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive offers and notifications of new products. By placing an order with The Sleepy Company or registering as a customer you authorise us to send you promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.


Delivery times given on this web site are indicative only. The Sleepy Company will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. If however, delivery has not been affected after 14 days from the indicative delivery date the customer may treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event and a full refund will be issued by The Sleepy Company to the customer.

The Sleepy Company is not liable for the non-delivery of parcels due to the incorrect address provided to The Sleepy Company by the customer.

The Sleepy Company is not liable for loss of parcels where customer had specified a delivery instruction to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery location.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if you would like to exchange for another size, print, or product,  you have 100 days (from the date of delivery) to return it.


Return goods must be unworn, unwashed, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us on info@sleepycompany.com to obtain a return authorization.

Returning the product(s)

With the exception of faulty goods under warranty, all products must be returned at your expense (However, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange product(s) back out to you anywhere within Australia). Please use registered post or other secure method of delivery when sending the product(s) back to us. We are not responsible for any returned products lost in transit.

Exchange process- once we receive the return product(s)

We will contact you to process the price difference between the returned product(s) and the exchange product(s).

We will cover the cost of shipping the exchange product(s) back out to you anywhere within Australia. For International exchanges regular shipping rates apply.

Refund process- once we receive the return product(s)

  1. A full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be issued if the return is within 30 days of delivery, or a store credit if return is after 30 days of delivery.
  2. If you had paid for shipping on your order please note that shipping fees are not refundable as we have already incurred this cost with the carrier.
  3. If you had received free shipping on your order, your order will no longer be eligible for free shipping once an item is returned. We will deduct the standard shipping amount of $9.95 from your refund.
  4. If you had earned loyalty points for your refund order/product, the points will be adjusted/reversed.
  5. If you have already redeemed the loyalty points you had received from the order/product being refunded, your refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We offer industry leading 'One Year Full Replacement Warranty' on all our products, for any faults or defects, with the exception of damaged goods due to customer's own negligence.

All products are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a product which you believe is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. You may be requested to provide photographs of the product to assist in determining the fault or damage.

If the product is determined to be faulty or damaged:

  • We will pay the repair costs of your product
  • If repair is not possible, we'll send you a replacement
  • You may be required to send the faulty/damaged product back to us for inspection. If this is the case we will email you a prepaid label you can use to send the faulty/damaged product back to us.

Your 'One Year Full Replacement Warranty' begins from the date of delivery.

Please follow any care instructions carefully to ensure you get the most out of your garment.

NQR Seconds & Clearance products

NQR (Not Quite Right) Seconds are new and very much functional products which have failed quality inspections, due to minor imperfections and defects such as but not limited to:

  • Minor soiling (washing will normally clean these)
  • Minor marks (may or may not come off after washing)
  • Small holes or loose stitching, which has been repaired to prevent pulling away further.
  • Arms or legs already extended to the bigger size.
  • Detachable sleeves of different colour to the body.

Clearance products are just older styles we no longer make.

Returns and Exchanges of NQR Seconds & Clearance products

Purchase of NQR & Clearance products are final and is not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

Warranty on NQR Seconds & Clearance products

The purchase of NQR or Clearance product(s) forfeits the warranty for any fabric or sewing defects. Warranty still applies to the zippers.

Refusal to supply

The Sleepy Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that we believe violates any of the above terms and conditions. The Sleepy Company further reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice at The Sleepy Company’s own discretion.


Every effort has been made to ensure the product information on this website is correct, however The Sleepy Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on the Website, and provides all products on an "as is" basis.
