How to earn loyalty points

Earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 you spend.
20 loyalty points = $1 store credit

How to join the loyalty program

All customer purchases are automatically enrolled into our loyalty program. If you don't have an account with us, you can either Create an Account before making a purchase or we'll create one for you after you've made a purchase.

Loyalty points are automatically calculated and credited to your account upon completion of your purchase.

How to check your loyalty points balance

To check your loyalty points balance, simply visit the My Points and Rewards page. You'll be prompted with the account login screen if you are not logged into your account already.

How to redeem your loyalty points

To redeem the loyalty points you've earned from your past purchases, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account if you haven't already.
    You can view your loyalty points balance on your account Dashboard or on the My Points and Rewards page.
  2. Shop as normal and add the desired item(s) to your Shopping Cart
  3. On the Shopping Cart page, under Spend your points section you can use the points slider or click on the Maximise my discount with points checkbox to redeem your points. On mobile devices you will need to scroll further down  to see the Spend your points section.
  4. Proceed to checkout.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Loyalty points are earned on actual amount spent i.e. total amount after discounts have been applied.
  2. Loyalty points cannot be earned on shipping fees.
  3. Loyalty points earned will be revoked for returned items or cancelled purchases.
  4. Loyalty points will expire 365 days after your last purchase. An email will be sent to notify you about expiring points unless you have chosen to opt-out of email communications.
  5. The Sleepy Company reserves the right to make any changes to the loyalty program.
